Your route to ElringKlinger!

For us, appreciation, transparency and rapid feedback are the basic principles of a good application process. We will guide you along your route to ElringKlinger.

Find job & apply

Our vacancies are listed on our jobs portal. Once you have found a position that interests you, you can apply online with just a few clicks and upload your documents directly. If you cannot find a suitable position, you can also send us a speculative application.

Confirmation of receipt

As soon as we have received your application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt from us by e-mail. It is also a good idea to check your spam folder.

We check your documents

We carefully look at your application and assess whether the position is appropriate for you and your application. It usually takes about a week for you to receive an initial response from us.

First interview online

If we agree that you could be a good fit, we will invite you to a first video interview with the specialist supervisor and an HR representative.

Second interview in person

If the first interview went well from both sides, we will invite you to a second interview so we can get to know you better. This interview will take place on site at ElringKlinger to give you an even better impression of us.

Job offer

After a successful second meeting, we will agree the contract details with you and you will receive a contract offer from us.

Employment

Once all details on the contract and your joining of the company have been clarified, you can start at ElringKlinger. The next step is to start our onboarding process.
