And one that can be fulfilled by undertaking a dual study program (“Duales Studium”) at ElringKlinger. Take the opportunity to combine the theoretical knowledge you gain at university with practical experience of work in a real-life business. The Baden-Württemberg “Dual Study” system has been a uniquely successful model of its kind for 40 years. And its combination of academic study with commercial placements has also won high acclaim internationally. Students on the scheme spend approximately three months in alternating study and work placements.
Thanks to ElringKlinger’s presence in 45 locations worldwide, they also get to spend some of their on-the-job placements in other countries, including China, the United States, India and Canada. For a limited period you’ll get first-hand experience of the culture of another country. That’s something that can’t be said about every company.
