This is why in future, we will be posting all RfQs (request for quotation) on the ElringKlinger-Supplier Portal.

The most important information and benefits for you as a supplier:
The ElringKlinger-Supplier Portal is based on Jaggaer Direct software (formerly POOL4TOOL), a solution that considerably simplifies business relations between companies.

• The ElringKlinger-Supplier Portal is the communication platform for all RfQ-related issues. As a supplier, you can easily modify your master data (contact person, supply category/material groups etc.).
•  The system facilitates efficient communication between purchasing staff and suppliers and covers the entire spectrum of the RfQ process.
• The data from all processes and external systems are combined transparently and centrally in an all-in-one solution. This means, for example, that suppliers can track the status of their quotations at all times.
• In future we can only consider your offers if they have been submitted via the ElringKlinger-Supplier Portal.

Initial registration
In the following video we explain how you can register at the ElringKlinger-Supplier Portal for the first time.

Permissions management
As we will only be inviting one person from the supplier’s company to register, you can add the details of other staff members (e.g. as substitutes) and assign permissions. The following video will show you how this works.

Offer placement
In the third video you will find out how to place an offer on the portal. Please note that the video is based on the example of a cost breakdown.
It is important when placing your offer that you pay attention to the price unit (e.g. price per 100 kg or price per 1kg) and submit your quotation in line with your standard payment terms and delivery conditions for ElringKlinger. In addition, you must always specify your ex-works price and transport/customs costs, so that we obtain comparable offers.
