Senior Sales Engineer

Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include achieving sales and profit targets for assigned customers and markets as well as the active support service for the existing customer base through frequent traveling. A strong focus on developing new customers and markets, technical contact to customers is important. You will also have close cooperation with the engineering department of ElringKlinger Engineered Plastics in Germany to offer best solutions to customers. Furthermore, you will be responsible for the preparation of quotations and monitoring of operation of contracts, including payments. In addition you will also participate, support and lead the resolution of customer complaints 8D’s. Your responsibilities also include market research, collecting customer, market and competitor information.

Profile
Your qualifications include a Bachelor degree or higher in mechanical engineering with a minimum of three years successful background in sales of technical products with the need of explanation. You have strong customer focus and good negotiation skills. You also have a structured and target oriented way of thinking and acting. Furthermore, you have good communication and presentation skills.
