Complaint Manager/ Quality Engineer

Responsibilities :

Support of well-known car manufacturers in the international area with quality-related topics
Responsible for the prioritization and processing of internal and external complaints
Systematic problem solving via 8D report and with the responsible specialist departments 
Independent implementation and monitoring of the cause analysis, their remedial measures and efficacy tests 
Preparation and supervision of customer audits Communication of the current quality situation to the team leader Production Quality

Profile

completed technical education, HTL, FH or TU, gladly with further education to the quality representative  Auditor qualification (VDA 6.3) is an advantage 
Knowledge of Automotive Core Tools (SPC, 8D, FMEA, etc.)  Standard knowledge TS 16949 / ISO 9001
Knowledge of SAP is an advantage 
Willingness to travel up to 20% 
Team player and strong communication skills Safe and confident appearance,and assertiveness
