In order to guarantee consistently high product quality all over the world and to simplify and standardize documentation of quality management processes and procedures, ElringKlinger has established a web-based process architecture and a computerized quality control system. Our aim is to achieve zero-defect quality in all our business processes.

It is not possible to develop and manufacture high-quality products in an environmentally sustainable way unless the raw materials and components supplied to us are of an equally high quality. ElringKlinger‘s suppliers are firmly integrated into the Group‘s quality management system by means of regular inspections and established information processes. They are also tied into the Group‘s Code of Conduct.

We expect our suppliers to comply with the current regulations and laws on environmental protection in every area of their business and in all their processes. Our quality management system is based on ISO 9001 and on the technical specifications laid out in ISO/TS 16949.
