Automotive supplier ElringKlinger AG, Dettingen/Erms, has teamed up with technical weaving specialist GKD Gebrüder Kufferath AG (GKD), Düren, to work on integrated sealing and filtration solutions in the field of exhaust gas recirculation. The two companies have already concluded a strategic cooperation agreement to pursue this project.

Pursuing a consistent dividend policy that reflects current earnings performance, ElringKlinger AG will have shareholders participate appropriately in the company's success with regard to the financial year 2013. Thus, the company plans to increase its regular dividend for the fifth time in succession.
