ElringKlinger develops, manufactures and sells gaskets and gasket sets, shielding systems, cam cover and oil pan modules for the automotive industry as well as precision parts and semi-finished products made of polymers for high demands. All of these products must satisfy particularly stringent quality and environmental requirements. To manufacture these high-quality products it is necessary to use raw materials and semi-finished products of equally high quality. After all, the quality of the products supplied crucially influences the final product. These demanding requirements apply in equal measure to services.
ElringKlinger expects, moreover, that its suppliers permanently introduce and apply the same principles and management methods worldwide as ElringKlinger itself and as demanded by the automotive industry.
Our management system has been certified to ISO/TS 16949 since June 2000. Since 1997 it has also been certified to the environmental standard DIN EN ISO 14001. The present guidelines have therefore been structured on the basis of ISO TS 16949:2002.
