Remuneration

Our worldwide locations use attractive pay systems. In Germany, in line with current wage agreements in the metal and electronics industry or depending on individual contracts, vacation pay and a Christmas bonus is paid alongside the fixed salary. If the company performs well, we reward our employees with a special voluntary payment. This is our way of thanking all employees for their commitment and their contribution to achieving our corporate goals.
