The next generation: steering you into the fast lane

Our High Potential program was introduced with a view to promoting the next generation of specialists and managers.

Following initial performance tests in real working situations, select groups of young professionals within the ElringKlinger Group are groomed to take on specific new responsibilities.

Our two-year program for emerging talent comprises joint workshops, formal lectures, exchanges of experience with senior managers and management board, analysis of our corporate philosophy and strategy and an introduction to management duties.

We aim to promote new groups of managers from within our own ranks, thereby consolidating their technical, methodological and personal skills.

By taking this approach, we can open up interesting, varied and challenging careers to dedicated groups of ElringKlinger employees.
