ElringKlinger AG announces early extension of Management Board contracts

Dettingen/Erms (Germany), December 9, 2011 +++ At today’s meeting, the Supervisory Board of ElringKlinger AG resolved on the early extension of the contracts of CEO Dr. Stefan Wolf as well as Management Board Members Theo Becker and Karl Schmauder by five years until January 31, 2018.

In deciding on the early extension of the aforementioned contracts, the Supervisory Board has reaffirmed its support of the successful route taken by the Management Board of ElringKlinger and has ensured the continuity of corporate management.
